Glancing History

Sardar School is having glorious history of existence as a school of excellence since last 124 years. We have always been committed to provide high quality education to the society embedded with cognitive and skill development. The idea of developing this school was conceived with great vision of developing bright young minds illuminated with the quality education and mission of serving the society. Revisiting the past takes us to August 28, 1896, when the Sardar School was established as a modest academic initiative. The school had then evolved, progressed, grown and developed step by step harmonizing with the changing needs of time and society. It had planted, nourished and strengthened the quality education across the generations of the students by widening their horizons to carve a niche for themselves as the frontiers in all the professional arenas. We look back on our past with pride and contentment. The commendable galaxy of our alumni including eminent and renowned Judges, lawyers, academicians, Chartered Accountants, industrialists, Doctors, Engineers and highly successful professionals have achieved pinnacle of success and brought accolade to our dedicated endeavor of academic commitment. The Centenary Function of the Sardar School was organized at a grand scale in the year 1995 with the erstwhile President of India Hon’ble Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma gracing the occasion as the Chief Guest. This illustrious past of the Sardar Senior Secondary School had been carved by its visionary founders and their untiring efforts, its dedicated team of teachers, committed students and Shri Oswal Singh Sabha at large. We owe a sincere gratitude to all of them for handing us over this commendable legacy of imparting quality education.
